He was, however, a chronic panic attack sufferer who was unable to find any lasting relief from traditional therapies (drugs, counseling). He says that after years of research and trial and error on himself and fellow panic attack sufferers he was able to devise a system that works for people over and over again.

I have used many of Joe Barry’s techniques consistently over the last 3 months to control panic. They didn’t work right away, but with just a little persistence and practice, I was able to able to reduce the frequency and severity of my panic attacks.
